The Kleenex was out none in room. Bed too hard. customer rating 5 out of 5 Everyone there was very nice,if we needed something, or had a question they was very helpful.The hotel was very clean. Restaurants are close, was less then 15 miles from the music center. The shower was slick. customer rating 2.9 out of 5 Not bad for a stop over. Wouldn't want to stay too long. Comfortable, not the worst by far, but not the best either. They were very nice when I informed them I would be late. I did not like the all too few towels, or damaged wallpaper and chair.
