Easy excess off highway Friendly staff ,clean room customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The only issues were a few things not clean in the bathroom and the housekeeping staff declined to refresh my room for the second night stay, so I had to make my own bed and change out my own bath linens. (Language barrier may have had something to do with that.) The hotel staff and business center amenities exceeded those I've encountered in a five-start hotel in downtown Chicago. You have to understand that it's a standard stay for truck drivers from the Detroit plants: I am female and traveled alone. Point? customer rating 4.5 out of 5 They opened the breakfast bar a little early so the two couples that were waiting for it to open could eat and the staff was great. Nothing.
