The TV, in my room old bubble TV and not very clear. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 I was very disappointed and will probably not stay in a Clarion again. The drive, walks and under the awning had not been cleared of snow after 36 hours and drive and walk were very slick. The hotel was cold and our room was very cold. You could not turn the temperature knob on the thermostat. Took all night to warm it up. The continental breakfast lacked bread for toast and they still had an hour to serve. The bathroom file needed a cleaning - there was dirt in the corners and the bed covers were not real clean. I complained to the check=out manager and was told the snow removal crew had not showed up. The lobby was almost too cold to eat breakfast. Had to wear jackets in the hall. The only people we saw in the service area - front desk clerks - were college students - no manager, etc. Asked for a receipt and was told that price line would e-mail me one. I wanted it then - not when I got home. I can not find one thing that I liked about the hotel. There was no bread for toast on Sunday morning - they had run out and still had 1 hour left to serve. customer rating 5 out of 5 I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. The price was very reasonable, therefore I was a bit worried that the quality may have been less. I was however totally satisfied with my experience at this Clarion hotel. Hardwoods floors, fridge, convenience and price! Wish I wasn't in such a rush and could have stayed a bit longer and relaxed.
