Personnel-very nice.really cold day and they made sure to put the heat on for us before we arrived. I would not recommend staying here. We had to ask for a coffeemaker and remote control for the TV. The bathroom was dirty and had someone's hair left behind in the tub and on the floor. The Complimentary breakfast was fine the first day and so so Location - It was easy to drive into Downtown. Dirty bathrooms. No coffeemaker in room, No remote control for TV.
