Only to find out or Magnuson hotel had overbooked the hotel by 50 rooms. There was no notification to me to let me know it had been overbooked and once told it was overbooked the hotel It was overbooked and I was not called to be notified, the hotel staff was less than accommodating. customer rating 1 out of 5 To begin, it took us 1 hour to get checked in with only three people ahead of us in line. Then I had booked a king size bed, which was not available, so i was given a room with 2 double beds. The first room that we were assigned already had someone in it. The staff was nice. Everything else. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Staff was friendly,breakfast was good and it was quite. Location was good and close to eating establishments and also close for local entertainment.
