Even though i called ahead and asked if there was going to be issues i was told no, but it took my employee almost 2 hours before he could get in his room. Beds were uncomfortable and too hard. Close to my meeting location. Too many issues checking in with company credit card. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 My room was not ready when i checked in; dusty; stain on carpet. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 We were in town for the Big Ten Championship Game, all hotels were booked, location of this Red Roof Inn was attractive, easy access to the stadium, and the highway, also very attractively priced. Relatively clean. The one major complaint we have is that Location, and accessibility. Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but reeked of cigarette smoke, my clothes smelled for days.
