I didn't care so much for the staff, the hotel was nice though. I enjoyed the pool and lounge area. Took me over an hour to check-in because they couldn't find my paperwork that said I already paid for the room. When they brought the manager The swimming pool was good and the location of the hotel was nice and easy to get to. The staff was rude an condescending. customer rating 5 out of 5
Staff was very friendly, hotel has a restaurant, and has the best hotel pool I've ever been in! The water was warm and the pool is big!
