Very comfortable room and amenities. I will always book this hotel when business prevails my stay in the area. I also have a staff of people who travel and will recommend they stay at your facility, price, convenience & amenities. Very comfortable and relaxing room. Coconut verbena scented care products, plastic lined sheets (too crinkly). customer rating 4 out of 5 Overall good experience. Would recommend and readily use again. We experienced a problem with "charges". Should have been charged for incidentals, however, we were charged for the full amount. We have exchanged calls with the hotel and they agreed an error was made and plan to correct the problem. We still have their total charge on our Visa account and are waiting for the credits to show up. Dining--food/service excellent. Room service--maid service needs supervision.
