After using the pool my child had warts over their hands and feet. My room was a sauna, the air conditioning didn't work and i was over looking the pool so i could not get any relief. not to mention when i did ask them to fix it there was nothing they could do and i was left in a horrible room. I liked leaving. Staff were rude and aggressive, food was poor and no help when A/c didn't work. customer rating 5 out of 5 Only quality hotel in area but that doesn't hamper service or quality of the stay. New, priced right, above average pool/fitness, and excellent restaurant. Lack of other guests......must be location. customer rating 5 out of 5 Pleasant place to stay, clean, and friendly. Convenient to shopping if you have a car, but nothing is within walking distance. Great restaurant/bar and pool. Friendly and efficient staff. Lack of much for younger children, a playground would be nice. No gift shop.
