My first instinct was to go down the road to a hotel in a safer area to protect the rental car (also reserved through you) that was under my insurance with a $500 dollar deductible. I weighed the money I would save in possible damage as a seriously criterion for eating the charge I already made through you plus the room at a better hotel. This hotel is of the caliber for weekly laborers coming in from out of town (I say this from personal experience). The lower price that I would have gotten had I not gone through you would have been a bit more tolerable.
