I'll never stay again. Pool was drained. Couldn't tell us about anything in the area. Unprofessional night staff. They had friends partying in the lobby with them. The plumbing in the room was bad. The toilet ran all night and the sink wouldn't drain. The shower was either cold or too hot. No in between. As a woman alone trying to get dressed they wouldn't wait for me to be almost done. Insisted on working on the sink when I was in need of the mirror. Was late to my appointment thanks to that. House keeping didn't Understand what do not disturb meant and kept knocking on the door after I yelled no thank you! I'll never stay here again. Low rate or not it was not what I expected from the pictures shown online. Nothing. Pool drained. Plumbing bad. Trying to get ready to go and they insisted on coming into room. I felt uncomfortable.
