We were a bit too loud one night and instead of punishing us, they upgraded up to the suite at the top of the hotel to enjoy ourselves. It was a very nice gesture on their part. Not to mention, the hotel was k The staff was beyond accommodating to my needs as well as my fellow travelers. They overbooked double-sized rooms for one night. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Overall the stay was very pleasant. Rooms were immaculate. I will say I was a little put off by the door man. He didn't even hold the door open for us when we bought in our luggage, but the desk people were very very friendly and made up for his ruden Very clean. Maid service was absent during my stay.
