I stayed here with my daughter for Mom's weekend at the Univ of IL Champaign. It was a much better value than hotels in the Champaign/Urbana area, and just a quick 15-minute drive away.
Friendly staff, nice view from public balcony area. customer rating 3.1 out of 5 I don't understand why a smoking room is among all non-smoking rooms.doesn't make any sense. When one walks down the hall the smell of cigarette smoke is nauseating especially when that room is right next door to yours! It's location. Staff is loud in the morning and does not respect the quiet factor when cleaning. customer rating 2.8 out of 5 My room was across from the ice maker and was noisy all night long. Pool was cold. Hot tub out of order. When there was a problem with my credit card, they waited until 9:45 p.m. (after I was asleep) to call me about it. They were very patient with me while I settled the problem.
