Customer Reviews for Days Inn Mattoon Mattooncustomer rating 4 out of 5 I am very specific about the types of hotels I stay in and unfortunately since traveling with a group was booked at the Days Inn and I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this property. I personally hate the out door entrance into a hotel room for safety reasons and the parked trucks sitting idol behind the hotel made me nervous with little ones but overall it was a much better visit than I expected. Cleanliness. Communicating with staff. customer rating 5 out of 5 Nice decore with large public spaces. Much nicer than expected. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Overall, this place was fine. There seems to be some updating. TV was older but okay, no flat screens many of us have come to expect. Missed breakfast and didn't swim although the pool looked good, outdated, but good. Good location and an adequate stay for the money. Very few guest, so it was quiet! Seems like an old-"Holdover".
