Check in was easy, even though we arrived several hours before official check-in time. Room was clean. The only problem was the noisy neighbors that came in about midnight and the banging water pipes that started about 4 am, made for a very short night for us. They need better insulation for sound in this hotel. Location - close to Midway airport, about 15 minutes. Very noisy rooms. We could hear water pipes banging from about 4 am on. Also had noisy neighbors. customer rating 5 out of 5 My boyfriend and I drove up for a wedding and had a nice stay! The room was nice and served it's purpose for the weekend! Nice location being that close to the mall, also. The staff was nice. I can say that I paid much less for our room than some of my friends paid for theirs, and we were just as comfortable/happy! I enjoyed leaving the hotel with a fresh cup of coffee and the yummy cookies from the lobby! Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The complimentary snack was nice! The only thing I can think of would be that I like more pillows and a bit more comfortable bed. customer rating 4 out of 5
Gave you everything you needed and nothing that you didn't. It's not somewhere you would go for a getaway, but absolutely perfect for an in and out business trip. Service was excellent. Wish I could have enjoyed the breakfast. Appreciated the Efficient, and friendly service. Allowed me a late check-out at no charge.
