We got the cheapest room at a really good rate, but had to carry everything up the stairs. There are jacuzzi suites that are on the ground floor adjacent to the parking lot. It is next door to the Irish Cottage, a much bigger facility with banquet rooms and great restaurants. There is a hot tub and indoor pool which opens flows out to an outdoor one with a great deck looking out on a natural setting. Big room, porch with 2 chairs, very clean, neat and professional. Being on a major highway and getting traffic noise, and no elevator. customer rating 2 out of 5 Needs to be updated, things are wearing out. Bathroom was clean. There were a few very minor repairs needed (the knob for the heat light in our room broke off, and there was some sort of drainage problem near the hot tub), but upon reporting it to the staff they were prompt to see it taken care of. Considering the location it's in and the amenities it offered, this is definitely one great value. The beds were very comfortable and the over all room set up was excellent.
