I would definitely come back and stay . The staff was excellent.! Great location Not really customer rating 4.5 out of 5 nice, updated rooms. clean. great shower. excellent bath/shower products. large, comfy bed. nice location on the north side of the river in the heart of the city. i HATE paying $54 a night for parking. pretty standard in chicago, but it still drives me nuts. i also HATE paying $15 for a days worth of wifi in the room. in my opinion, free wifi should be standard, as it is in most 4-star hotels. customer rating 5 out of 5 Excellet location with friendly staff, clean rooms and a great place to stay.
