Close to Navy Pier and attractions. Short cab ride to other restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. Very nice room and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. I wanted a hotel further north on Michigan Avenue and got this one, but that's about location, not the hotel. There is nothing I disliked. customer rating 5 out of 5 Service was very good and friendly, room size was excellent as was bed size and comfort. Room size was very good, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small, no light switch for room lights only one for hall light, TV small for room size. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Location on the river, central. Guest room was a little small and did not include breakfast. Restaurants in hotel very expensive.
