The hotel staff was very friendly & accommodating. I had to change rooms 2 times, 1 room bad plumbing, 2nd room was cold. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Location is in downtown,close to shops, tourist attractions, restaurants. Valet parking solves a problem. Old brick building maybe historical. No ventilation in bathrooms. Hotel and rooms need renovation. Worn out furniture and blankets. customer rating 3 out of 5 Wasn't happy that I couldn't use my TV. It wouldn't even turn on when I use the power button on the TV. Staff didn't seem to want to help me figured it out cause maintenance was gone for the day. Then, really didn't offer anything off the price of my stay! Plus parking was $36 and we didn't have access to our vehicle, took about 15 min before they could bring the car up. Good price, location for what we wanted was good. No remote in the room then when we got one, didn't work, so couldn't use the TV! Parking was bad!
