The food and bar was great as well as the staff! customer rating 4 out of 5 The hotel was very far away from North Michigan Avenue and a long walk to get to the elevators/lobby that take you to your room (difficult with kids). customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Overall the hotel was OK ifI had to do it again it wouldn't be at this hotel. The manager Andy was a big help he tried to accommodate me. Ididn't like howI got treated the 1st night and morning there.
