Amenities inside room did not work! customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Location was easy to access to I-64. Staff very unfriendly. No amenities and long way from restaurants or shopping. Room was clean Motel staff was not friendly or helpful, breakfast very poor. customer rating 3 out of 5 Call to the font desk at 10:00pm did result in a short term reduction of noise. However, I would have expected them to monitor the situation over the night as the noise situation continued again at 12:00pm - 4:00AM leading to a unrest night sleep. Reasonably priced, good location just off interstate, clean rooms, comfortable bed (firm). Weak breakfast (pastries, cereal, OJ). Thin walls; if neighbors are noisy good luck sleeping!
