Employee attitude in AM awful, like do not bother me and so what if half of the breakfast items are not there, I'm busy doing nothing! First time in over 30 years of travel i was upset with the way staff cared about what was needed in AM. Comfortable rooms and good location. Desk personnel, breakfast selection due to lack of concern by employees. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 This hotel is awful. Paid Alot for a room that could've paid in the down town area for a little cheaper. Hotel Staff was not helpful or responsive. Fan didn't work in room I mentioned it to staff and was told in a sense to deal with it. Called the night before asked for a Pack-n-play said they had them. When I got there the guy was rude and said they don't have those. After telling him I called night before he said do you want the fold out bed or no? So my 2 year old son had to sleep between me and my wife. Won't use again. That a grocery store was across the street and many restaurants where near by.
