Such a shame that every other hotel chain had to ruin the skyline. The staff cares for your every need, and everything at the surrounding 4 hotels in the "starwood" group can be charged to your room (dangerous. The pools are way overcrowded with misbehaving children but the beach is only a stone's throw away. I have really no complaints about the Royal Hawaiian. Beautiful, extravagant, luxury. Great staff. Lengthy Check in/Checkout, hardly a complaint, since you are personally checked in and out at a desk with one host. customer rating 5 out of 5 Excellent hotel.
