Staff weren't that friendly. customer rating 4 out of 5 Clean, convenient Location allows easy use of Ala Mona trolley, close enough to talk to Ala Mona Mall. Avoid Chinese buffet located right outside lobby! Definitely not worth the $18 charge! customer rating 2 out of 5 In short, the hotel was a dump! Whatever renovations have been done were only on the "outside". The bathrooms haven't been touched in years. I did not find it very clean or comfortable. Was also placed on a very low floor - right outside the elevator! Not a thing! Itravel for business all the time. This was in no way a nice clean hotel. There may have been some renovations, but it was all smoke and mirrors.
