We were only going to be in Honolulu for one day so we wanted something close to the airport but reasonably priced, this fit those criteria perfect. It is in a business area but easy access to the city bus stops. Rooms were clean, quiet. Staff was very helpful with directing us to which buses to take and where to go. Pool looked clean although we did not use it. On the day of check-out we were not leaving until later that evening. The staff was very accommodating in securely storing our luggage and when we returned, taking us to the airport. Location to city bus stops, service and information from the staff. Lack of Beach access. customer rating 2 out of 5 It was conveniently located, nice staff & free parking & free coffee. The pool was advertised as heated but was too cold to even get into & there were no pool towels. Also no coffee pot in room. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 I would not stay here again. We ended up in a ground floor room on the outside (parking lot) side of the motel. The louvered doors and windows, allow all the noise from the parking lot to enter. Our room smelled of mold and mildew to the point that I had to plug my nose. The bathroom floor was dirty. Friendly staff, prompt free shuttle. Extreme mold smell in room, noisy, hair all over bathroom.
