When I asked about it, they told me we could walk a few blocks and use the pool at one of their other hotels. Good location, room comfortable and clean and parking available. Pool was really small and not outside. customer rating 4 out of 5 A very good location for busing. It's early in the run for the bus to Hanauma Bay for instance, so easy to get a seat, This bus fills up fast. Came with a free pass onto the "Pink Line" trolley, which starts it's run in the building directly behind the hotel. There is wifi in the lobby, the rooms come with a cable to connect to the internet All the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a door to the refrigerator, (under a nice sized counter) would bang closed, The elevators were slow. customer rating 5 out of 5 Everything was great, would recommend it, as long as you are not looking for a hotel with a pool. Elevators were slow, one was out of service. Staff was great, had a ocean view on the 17th floor. everything was great, nice clean rooms, staff was great, location was very central. The pool was so small it was useless!! Have never seen anything so small, more like a small lap pool you would find in someones basement.
