Elevators looked tired; parking rates were too high! customer rating 4 out of 5 Takes a very long time to check in but this may be standard for hotels in Waikiki. I was thrilled that we got an upgrade at no charge for a great room with a view.For an older hotel it was adequate. Convenient location for my personal needs.
