Free beach chairs and towels, beautiful public areas. We would highly recommend this property! Friendly staff. Expensive restaurants. customer rating 5 out of 5 Location to Waikiki Beach and shops. Construction still being done on the property. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The hotel itself has very friendly staff, the lobby and pool areas are nice. We didn't use the restaurants. The section where we were put was a little worn on the elevator doors and our bathtub area could have used some updating but the rest of the bedroom area was very large and nicely done. Having a fridge was great too except there was no freezer in it. The Internet was usually a low signal so was frustrating to use. There is a resort fee of $18.00 per day but this includes the Internet, use of folding beach chairs and towels to take to the beach, 2 bottles of water put in your fridge daily and 60 minutes of international phone calls. So that is quite nice. The location. Directly across from the beach. The bathroom could have used some updating and the doors slam.
