The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the resort is beautiful. It feels like you are in a private oasis, yet you are still right there in amongst the other hotels and restaurants and shops. We loved our stay! The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. We were fortunate enough to be able to check in early too. customer rating 4 out of 5 Other than the check in jerk, room service good, tremendous fireworks every Thursday night, staff helpful for information, very clean walkways, nice room and cleaning, bed making very good. Close to beach and trolley, towel service for beach, close to abc stores. The person that checked us in tried to rip us off for the amount we paid for room, manager finally ok. customer rating 5 out of 5 It's a complete resort, with 4 pools, 20 restaurants, heaps of shops including two Starbucks and two general stores, a private lagoon - and a private wedding chapel. Spotlessly clean and very well run. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. Sheer perfection. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life and this one beats them all. Internet charge of $17 a day is pretty steep, although the service was good.
