Manager thought getting stuck in the elevator was a laughing matter. Hotel receptionist taking care of towels for a guest instead of handling the emergency on the stuck elevator. No one in the hotel asked or inquired if I was all right after the doors were finally opened and the elevator stopped going up and down the floors and shaking violently. Get rid of the manager. Got stuck in the elevator.
