There was a shower and separate tub and toilet. The room and bed was clean. The room and bathrooms were very spacious. Once in awhile we would see little bugs in the bathroom. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 When we checked in, we got a room that is by the side and has no view. The hotel was practically empty at the time. But, the front desk did not offer to upgrade us. My relative who lives in HI then told me to ask for a different room since this is the low season in HI. We asked, and we got another room, in a higher floor and a much better view. This room has double bedside table and seemed much better equipped. However, when I open one drawer at the bedside table, there were candy wraps and a packet of a left-over dry pineapple candy. The Internet service was not ideal. You pay extra for it but it only allows one user, which is very inconvenient. I am just disappointed. Years ago, when my mom and I came and stayed here, it was much better hotel. The service people and front desk are nice. I've used this hotel before and was shocked by their current up keep or lack of.
