Customer Reviews for Castle Waikiki Shore Honolulucustomer rating 1.3 out of 5 All in all, we wouldn't recommend this appartment.It was difficult to get to, the staff was rude,the elevators only worked part of the time & the noise was inexcusable. It did have some conveniences such as being near the beach, having a washer & drier, & kitchenette which is nice when traveling with a family, but the other above mentioned things outweighed the positive.It was NOT a kid friendly environment.We could hardly wait to leave. We liked that it had a kitchenette , washer & drier & that you could see the beach from our balcony. The staff was very rude.The beds & pillows were uncomfortable.At night it was so noisy you couldn't sleep.
