This the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Louder than staying on Bourbon St during Madri Gras, but at least Bourbon St. closes. After the drunks stop rioting below all the while the police sirens keeping them in control the rush hour bus traffic & parking tower machinery next door start up. Naps forget it. The Aqua Wave has no agua (no pool). The front desk is nice but be wary of upgrades. On my extending my stay a day because of illness in the suite they put me in I had to pay double my original rate because of higher occupancy, no other accommodations were ready at checkout time. It is very close to everything! It was close to Wiakki attractions. Too loud. They actually give your ear plugs in your room.
