The staff was quite friendly and the location just couldn't be beat. The only problem was the ongoing construction with corresponding noise. I asked to change rooms because of the noise and the hotel staff was quite accommodating and showed me two other rooms. Once I moved, there was no problem with noise and I appreciated the hotel's willingness to work with me. Location couldn't' be better. Construction was going at the hotel on and it was a bit noisy. customer rating 2.3 out of 5 Room was clean. However, it did smell smoky even though it was on a non-smoking floor. Room was very clean. Staff was not helpful. Asking a question seemed to be taxing to them. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 The location is not the best, 10-15 min. walk to the next Subway Station and to the Kudamm. Only one socket for personal use, no ironing board, no electric kettle.
The room was very dark and it didn’t have enough lights to brighten the Friendly staff and<BR/>helpful. Dark and small room, needs refurbishment.
