Customer Reviews for Best Western Winder Hotel Windercustomer rating 3 out of 5 There are only two hotels in Winder GA. and for Best Western to be considered the main and upscale hotel in the city it is very disappointing that they have not modernized the hotel. Walking up the stairs with luggage does not accommodate for those that are handicap, or have issues walking up stairs with luggage. Convenient location. No elevator, rooms not up to date old carpet, old bedding, refrigerator not clean, towel racks broken. customer rating 4 out of 5 Overall, this was a GREAT hotel. Only stayed one night for a wedding that was close by. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Had to stand against the shower wall to feel the water. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 I would never stay in this hotel again. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this one was by far the worst. Nothing. It was disgusting. We had crickets in the room, dilapidated/swollen wood dresser and fungus in the bathroom.
