The patio was filled with leaves and wasp nests. We had to wait for 2 hours for room & nearest door to our room was broken no access from outside. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 I would stay here again. A few maintenance issues in the room but nothing major. Looks like they are working on remodeling the rooms. Hotel was clean, lovely pool area with courtyard. Grassy areas to walk the dogs.
