Customer Reviews for Inn At Ellis Square Savannahcustomer rating 3 out of 5 The room was nice and so was the location, however I was turned off by the fact that their smoking policy says that people are not allowed to smoke 25 feet from the entrance however there were many people smoking next to the entrance and the staff were unwilling to enact their smoking policy and defend the offenders. Moreover, I wasn't informed of their $12/day parking charge when I checked in and was told of an "outstanding parking balance" of $11 at checkout but given a receipt for a $66 so I was told I was gonna pay 11 but was really charged 66. I contacted the hotel and explained the situation but were unwilling to make up for their fault and were rather rude trying to make it sound like it was my fault. I am not coming back thanks to their lazy staff unwilling to implement the smoking policy and overcharging me for a fee I wasn't even informed of in the first place. The location and the cleanliness. They don't enforce their smoking policy and they don't have a clear parking policy. customer rating 4 out of 5 The hotel is a busy commercial establishment the reception, bar and breakfast areas are tiny and do not cope with the volume of people. The accommodation was very standard there was no fridge in the room.Generally typical of other establishments of this level in Georgia The car parking was adjacent. In a good location for walking in the historic district. Found a bug in some folded linens on the bed our second day.
