The staff was very friendly and helpful - check in was fast. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Very helpful bellman and front desk personnel. Asked for maid to return to clean and they never came back. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 No small fridge or microwave. No heat lamp or vent in bathroom. Flat screen remote did not work, staff said TV's are less than 3 months old and blamed remote issues on hotel going digital. Expected more from a Hilton. TV in room is less than 3 months old and remote did not work. They tried to fix, no remote worked.
