The website indicated a dining room, which led me to mistakenly think I could have dinner there after a long drive. The dining room is only for breakfast. Very close to the interstate, with restaurants nearby. No choice of type of bed; it was so hard I got very little sleep. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 This Best Western in Macon, GA was clean, full of friendly staff and easy to access from the interstate. All the amenities worked well and it was reasonably priced. I would recommend it w/out hesitation. Price, cleanliness and the staff received suggestions for improvement well. Very unpleasant. I would have needed pliers to work the AC. A light bulb was burned out. I had to change rooms because no WiFi was available and there was no jack for an Ethernet cord. The mattress was lumpy. The pillows were hard. The man at the fro Leaving Broken AC, Burned Out light Bulbs, lumpy mattress, hard pillows, vending machine breakfast, and no WiFi.
