Lingering Lysol smell when you opened the room. customer rating 5 out of 5 I was traveling alone with 4 small children. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was the main reason I picked this hotel and it was very very clean. Breakfast was a reasonable variety. Easy to find, friendly staff, clean rooms, clean pool, free breakfast. Smelly garbage can in hallway. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 The rooms were clean. Standard cheap hotel decor. The staff was not overly friendly. The location was close to downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mtn. The biggest problem I had was the lack of the pool.
