Night staff was much friendlier than the morning staff, but the morning staff was adequate. The room was clean and comfortable. The outside door actually fit the door frame which is a pet peeve of mine. Clean, no industrial smell to it and the outside door actually fit the door frame. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Cleanliness.
