Customer Reviews for Sheraton Augusta Hotel Augustacustomer rating 3.5 out of 5 In general, this was a nice place to stay, right off the interstate and near the many restaurants on Washington Road in Augusta. While it was nice, it was not quite up to the level of the Sheraton Brand that I usually expect. The towels were not as fluffy, the beds were not as soft. The internet was pretty slow for what they billed at high speed internet. So as a 3 star hotel, I found it to be a pretty good value, but not quite a Sheraton. Excellent Location, right of the interstate, Good value for what I paid. This Sheraton seemed a little lower quality than the Sheraton Brand as a whole. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Great rooms, great housekeeping staff, good dining.
