I was irritated to have to pay $10 for parking, and when I got ready to leave I could hardly get my car out because there were so many cars parked into the lot. The room, except for the bathroom, was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was tiny and difficult to navigate. I called for a plumber, and finally had to cancel the call because it was getting too late, and I needed to get some sleep. Also, there was no refrigerator nor microwave in the room. I liked the lobby very much. It was very elegant. Walls very thin and noise easily penetrated. Food prices way too high.. customer rating 2 out of 5 We did not like to come in and have to wait for some time to get our luggage taken to the room because of poor staffing on the part of the hotel that resulted in only one bellman for a crowd. We asked to use a cart and the desk would not give it to us. Finally, one of the managers came out and helped. We also did not think the parking was well explained. The lobby is lovely, but the rooms are not. We found the room have a stained rug, worn out and dirty bathroom and not enough outlets. this is no 4 star hotel! Lobby was attractive.
