Facility and outdoor pool area was nice. The staff in the restaurant we're very uninviting. When we walked in they looked at us and didn't say anything, so we turned around and left. customer rating 5 out of 5 The hotel was first class, clean, and comfortable. The entry clerks first impression: a smile and warm greeting. For me the safety feature implemented to access the floors made me feel very safe. The safety, the use of the card key to access the elevator to the floor my room was located.
