There was an ironing board in the room but I had to request an iron. Shuttle stops running at 10:00 which means it is not much help if you have to be downtown in the evening. Breakfast is not free but it is cheap enough. Unfortunately the order one r Shuttle service.
Microwaves listed as amenities but there was a charge for that.
customer rating 1 out of 5 I feel like in an abanded warehouse, quality similar to a motel, not a hotel. Like a homeless shelter, people sit on the hallway everywhere, even at midnight. Not a safe place. Very noisy. Inside the room, coffee maker is dirty and did not work at all. Convenience. Broken elevator, trash on the hallway, like a homeless warehouse. customer rating 4 out of 5 The room was nice and clean.
