Overall this hotel was OK but glad I did not pay the full price for our room. The rooms were renovated but most of the outlets are on one wall. There was not a "do not disturb" sign available and housekeeping woke me up each morning before 9 a.m. One of the ladies asked me how long it would be before my children got up as if we were bothering her. One day housekeeping didn't show up. Another day we arrived back to our room to see a pile of dirty towels piled outside our door. The following morning they were still there. The restaurant is OK for tired hungry travelers, but not very good otherwise. The front staff was friendly. I liked the location. The housekeeping. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 OK, but not near anything...on the very outskirts of downtown and not near restaurants or really anything. Too near the baseball stadium...filled to the rafter with baseball fans and nearby roads constantly diverted because of games.
