I had to wait in the Airport for the shuttle. When I first called the hotel no one answered. I tried again after 10 minutes. Front office lady answered that every half an hour the shuttle will arrive. When I asked again what time, she replied every half an hour. I waited for another 10 minutes, (pl note that the total time I waited was more than half an hour) and called her again, she replied shuttle will come every half an hour ( she is trained to repeat this statement, it seems). I told her that I have been waiting for more than half an hour, she replied there is only one shuttle and she does not control shuttle services. ( not a responsible answer). I wanted her to connect to her Manager and I waited for another 5 minutes on phone no one answered. After waiting for another 10 minutes, shuttle arrived. Cleanliness Room A/C was making noise. I could not sleep properly. customer rating 4 out of 5 I would stay there again. Staff is polite, but slow. Close to Airport, but quiet and comfortable. Restaurant staff slow, and food was average to poor. customer rating 2 out of 5 I was hoping to stay at the Holiday Inn and had certain expectations since I've stayed there often but never with a Priceline rate. I thought I got a great deal until I arrived at the hotel. It's almost like I was given a crappy room based on my rate. I didn't know these types of hotels didn't all have bathtubs. My room was in the far back corner of the hall (no big deal) but the room seemed small and the bathroom was very small. It only had a stand up shower with no door and the same bathroom door doubled to close the toilet area. Not my expectations at all. But it did have an indoor pool and a bar open till 11pm most days. Parking was not free or included in the stay and there is no where to park and walk either so you have to pay $6 day. And no continental breakfast. It had a bar and indoor pool. No free parking.
