No free breakfast. customer rating 3 out of 5 Other than the staff not taking care of the noise problem. I enjoyed my stay. When I notified the desk clerk when I checked out the following day I was promised a travel voucher which I have not received to this day. Which goes along with me believing that the front desk staff does not handle issues which makes me question there ability to handle issues as they arise. I travel a lot and I've stayed at several hotel brands. When I go to bed I expect to be able to rest. But that was not the case. No matter how beautiful a room may be or how comfortable a bed may be. It doesn't matter if there is a noise factor that the staff does not handle. Especially when the noise is reported and it takes place after midnight and happens for hours. The design and cleanliness of the room. Very comfortable bed. There was people making noise in the halls all night. The staff was notified and did nothing. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Great hotel for a few day stay since it offers a fridge and separate living room. The walls and balcony doors are thick which offers little noise coming through. In fact, I hardly heard anyone else in the hotel for the duration of our two night stay. We really enjoyed the balcony as well as the sitting area and couch. The shower was very small in order to put a bathtub in the room. I would have rather had a larger shower and no bathtub.
