Put all the luggage on push cart to find out they had no elevator, so we switch rooms to walk down the hallway to this foul order like cat throw up couldn't get my money back the front desk kept saying a non refundable rate, so went to a different room it was OK, but a walk down the hallway it was musty by ice machine. I will not stay at this hotel again. The location. The smell in hallways walls had stains needs renovation. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Unsafe, extremely dirty, noisy quests slamming doors, did not sleep due to noisy quests and feeling very unsafe! Found bloody napkins next to bed, stains on the blankets, wallpaper whipping and dirty. Free WiFi does not work. Extremely dissatisfied customer! Nothing.
