Cons: Good neighborhood contrasts with homeless and drunks hanging out on the street, double bed was 2 single beds put together, neighborhood is not one that you would like to hang out. It was very convenient to the metro. Once the park across the street closed in the evening, it was very quiet. I loved the curtains- they didn't let in any light!
